1. Who is Thato Radebe Jewellery?




    We are a Johannesburg-based company that  believes that jewellery is an extension of who we are. We want to challenge the current style of jewellery that we see today, and show that it is possible to have unique and breathtakingly beautiful jewellery that expresses the kind of people we are. 
     

  2. Do you only take online orders?





    No. You can follow us on social media @jewellery.by.tr and send us an email of what you would like to order. Send all your enquiries to admin@thatoradebejewellery.co.za. We endeavour to respond to emails within 4 hours during weekdays. 

     
  3. How can I pay for my online order?




    Once your order has gone through checkout, you will receive an email with our banking details. Once we've received your proof of payment via email, we will send through your products via your chosen shipment option (collection or courier). 



     
  4. I want a custom-made jewellery piece, are you able to help me?



    Yes. Please send your your enquiry to admin@thatoradebejewellery.co.za. Once we have received your email, our in-house jeweller will contact you to further discuss the jewellery piece that must be designed. 
     

  5. What are my shipping options?




    We offer two shipping options. 
    1) Collection - only for Johannesburg-based clients. Our sales representative will contact you to discuss a specific location for collection. 

    2) Courier - this service is available to clients outside of Johannesburg. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way to you. 


     
  6. How do I find my ring size?




    It is very important that you choose the correct ring size when placing your order. It is quite difficult  to resize a highly detailed ring, please click  here to find out how to find your ring size at home. Remember that not all your fingers have the same size, your ideal ring should not be tight nor too loose.
